small roomminimal cleaning
The room i got was quite small (a minor inconvenience, i admit). there was also this pillar right in the middle. squeezing past it to get out of bed became a bit of a daily ritual. room cleaning felt minimal. It seemed more like a quick tidy-up rather than a deep clean. i think a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning process wouldn't go amiss.

The location was superb. It was a short walk to major historical sites. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including omelets cooked to order, a very nice touch!!!
The bathroom had a bad smell every night. the heating system did not work properly. It was either too hot or too cold in the rooms.

The location is AMAZING. It's a very short walk to major attractions. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I appreciated the travel desk located near reception. I easily booked organized and entertaining tours there. The on-site spa was a good bonus. The ladies were super nice, and the massage quality was great.
The tea sachets provided were a bit limited, and more cups would have been useful.

Breakfast had rich variety. Some dishes like omelets could be cooked by request. The variety ensured there was something for everyone, and having freshly prepared options was a nice touch. It was a great way to start the day before exploring.

The hotel's location is superb. It is just a few minutes walk to Hagia Sophia. The Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace entrance are also close. It took only two minutes to walk to the Sultanahmet tram stop on the M1 tram line.

The hotel had nice seating areas and lounges. The garden area includes a pretty pool. I didn't use the pool given the time of year, but I am sure it would be great in the summer. The gym was well-equipped, clean, and had natural ventilation.

The room was clean and quite large. I got upgraded to the penthousewith a GREAT view of both the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The room felt modern and well-decorated, contributing positively to my overall experience.

the hotel don't meet the standards for a 5 star hotel. the decoration and furnishing had very little thought. the blackout blinds didn't covered the curved windows, and the sound insulation was insufficient.
